Established in 2018, Jinyu Keshi (Caofeidian) Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise located in the Equipment Manufacturing Park of the China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Caofeidian Area). As a subsidiary of the Beijing Jinyu Group, the company stands as a pivotal practitioner of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy. With a total investment of 146.9 million RMB, the company commenced operations in May 2019, successfully transitioning production lines from Beijing to become a modern enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of precision castings.

Core Business & Capabilities

Our core business encompasses the production of precision castings in stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, and aluminum, serving critical sectors including automotive, medical, petrochemical, and building materials. Utilizing advanced silica sol investment casting (lost-wax) processes, we have established a highly automated production line. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including:
  • Casting: Automatic wax injection machines, robotic coating systems, and eco-friendly melting furnaces.
  • Machining: Mazak horizontal machining centers, 5-axis machining centers, and turning-milling composite centers.
  • Inspection: Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for precise quality control.
This infrastructure allows us to achieve full-process coverage from precision casting to final machining.

Quality & Innovation

We adhere to a rigorous quality management system and have obtained ISO 9000, PED, and TÜV Rheinland certifications. In 2025, we achieved the Level 3 (CMMM-0315-3391-2025-1757) assessment for Smart Manufacturing Capability Maturity, marking a domestic leading standard in intelligent design and production for pumps, valves, and automotive components.
Innovation is the engine of our growth. We currently hold 34 patents and 4 software copyrights. Recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise," "Technology-based SME," and "Specialized, Refined, and New SME," our team of 156 employees includes a dedicated group of technical elites.
